GoldenRule, in partnership with IKM, offers IT Skills Audits and Technical Benchmaring services.
The assessments use proven methodologies to ensure reliable pre-hire testing of candidates to evaluate the skills and abilities in the most effective way. It can also be used to benchmark pre- and post-training or workforce planning. Standard tests can be expanded or customised to tailor an assessment to you.
After an assessment you will have a detailed analysis of test results to help you make better decisions and predict candidate/employee success.
